Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to the Craftia application for mobile devices (the “Application”) created by Jung Minsuk (the “Service Provider”). This application is advertising supported.
Independent and unofficial status
Craftia is not an official Minecraft product or service. Craftia is not affiliated or associated with, endorsed, sponsored, supported, or approved by Mojang Studios (Mojang AB) or Microsoft.
Craftia is independently developed and operated by Jung Minsuk. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the Application and its services.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following Terms of Use. We strongly recommend that you read and understand these Terms carefully before using the Application. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application or any portion thereof, or our trademarks, is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into another language, or create a derivative version is not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to the Application are owned by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible and therefore reserves the right to modify the Application or charge a service fee at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider undertakes to clearly inform you of any charges incurred for the Application or Services.
The application stores and processes personal data provided by service providers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the Application. Service providers strongly discourage jailbreaking or rooting your phone. These actions may expose your phone to malware, viruses, and malicious programs, may compromise your phone's security features, and may cause applications to not function properly or at all.
The Application uses third party services, which have their own terms and conditions. Here are links to the terms and conditions of the third party service providers used in the application:
- Google Play Services and Google Sign-In
- Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Functions, Storage, Hosting, Analytics, and Crashlytics)
- Google Play Billing
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and UMP
- Google Fonts
- AppsFlyer
- OpenAI
- Backblaze B2
- Cloudflare
Your service provider please inform you that some features require an active Internet connection. This connection may be provided by Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. The service provider is not responsible for the application not functioning properly if Wi-Fi is not accessible or data capacity is exhausted.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms and conditions still apply. Therefore, you may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage while connected to the Application, and may incur roaming data charges when using the Application abroad. By using the Application, you assume responsibility for these charges, especially if you have enabled data roaming outside your region (i.e. region or country) of residence. If you are not the bill payer for the device you are using, we assume you have permission from the bill payer.
Additionally, the Service Provider is not always liable for your use of the Application. For example, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device is charged. If your device does not work due to low battery, the service provider is not responsible.
This is important to inform you that the service provider is responsible for your use of the application. Although the Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is up-to-date and accurate at all times, it relies on third parties to provide information. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from your sole reliance on the functionality of the Application.
Your service provider may update your application. Applications are provided subject to operating system requirements and may change the requirements of any additional systems associated with them. You must download updates to continue using the application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated to ensure its relevance and compatibility to you. However, you agree to always accept updates as they become available. The service provider may stop providing the application and may terminate use at any time without prior notice to the user. At termination, unless otherwise notified by Service Provider:
- The rights and licenses granted to you terminate.
- You must stop using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
Regional minimum age and advertising
Craftia uses the two-letter country code returned in the loc field of Cloudflare’s https://mcpecraftia.com/cdn-cgi/trace endpoint to apply regional access and advertising rules. The result is an IP-based estimate and may be inaccurate because of VPNs, proxies, roaming, or network routing.
If the current network country is determined as Russia (RU), you must be at least 13 years old to enter or use Craftia. Users who do not satisfy that requirement cannot proceed past the age screen while the result remains RU. Yandex Mobile Ads is requested only for users who are both determined to be in Russia and at least 13 years old. Outside Russia, the general minimum age remains 13, subject to any higher age required by local law, and advertising is provided through Google Mobile Ads under the applicable age and consent settings.
Use of Yandex advertising is subject to the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK License Agreement and the Yandex Privacy Policy. Cloudflare’s terms are linked above. See the Privacy Policy for how the country result is processed and cached.
Paid subscriptions
VIP is available as auto-renewing weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. The localized price and exact billing period are shown before purchase. Your Google Play account is charged each billing period until you cancel. You can manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play Subscriptions. Uninstalling the Application or deleting your Craftia account does not cancel the subscription. After cancellation, benefits remain available until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by Google Play policies and applicable law. For plan changes, Google Play displays the final amount and charge timing before you confirm.
Digital goods, diamonds, refunds, and purchases by minors
Purchases are offered only through Google Play Billing. The final localized price, currency, billing period, taxes, trial, and discount terms, if any, are shown by Google Play before confirmation. Craftia does not charge shipping or a separate transaction fee, but you are responsible for internet, mobile data, roaming, currency-conversion, and payment-provider charges. Diamonds, VIP benefits, and paid content rights are normally delivered immediately after Google Play verifies the purchase.
- Paid diamonds do not expire. Free and paid diamonds are accounted for separately, and free diamonds are spent first.
- Diamonds may be used only in Craftia. They cannot be transferred between accounts, redeemed for cash, or used in another application or service.
- Diamonds are not used for paid random rewards or loot boxes. UGC creators do not receive revenue sharing and cannot cash out diamonds.
- Access to paid content lasts while Craftia continues to provide the relevant service.
If a refund or chargeback is approved, diamonds granted by that transaction are removed from the balance. An insufficient balance alone will not prevent a valid refund, and Craftia will not revoke content already obtained with those diamonds. Refund rights under Google Play policies and applicable law are not limited by these Terms.
Deleting a Craftia account extinguishes all remaining balances, including unused paid diamonds, and account-linked rights. The deletion flow displays this result and requires your express confirmation. Use paid diamonds and cancel an active VIP subscription separately in Google Play before deleting the account.
Craftia is for users aged 13 or older. Users under 13 may not use the Service or make purchases. The Brazil storefront currently displays the ClassInd 14 content rating to inform a parent or guardian's suitability decision; it is not an automatic 14+ service gate, and all users under 18 in Brazil receive the minor protections in these Terms. A user aged 13 to 17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing and should use Google Play family purchase approval or other available parental controls.
The seller is JMS Corporation (제이엠에스코오포레이션), a sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea operated by Jung Minsuk. Regional purchase disclosures are available in the Japanese commercial-transactions notice and the Brazil purchase and consumer-service notice.
User-generated content and community safety
Craftia allows users aged 13 or older to submit maps, add-ons, textures, skins, and Minecraft Bedrock server listings; use a public display name and avatar; and like or save content. Comments and approved server listings posted in Craftia are public user-generated content. Users can report content, server listings, comments, or users and block or unblock users. Craftia does not provide direct messages or chat. Before each upload, you must review and accept this policy.
Only users who are at least 13 years old may submit or publish user-generated content. Users aged 13 to 17 must have authorization from a parent or legal guardian when local law requires it.
You retain ownership of your content, but you must own or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to submit it. You are solely responsible for your content and for complying with applicable laws and these Terms.
To submit a server listing, you must be authorized to administer or represent that server and must complete Craftia's temporary MOTD ownership challenge. You must provide an accurate public Bedrock address and must not use the verification or status feature to probe private, local, reserved, or third-party systems without authorization. Passing the technical challenge confirms control only at the time of verification and does not establish legal ownership or endorsement by Craftia.
You must not upload, publish, share, request, promote, or facilitate:
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or any content that endangers a child.
- Pornography, sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, or sexual solicitation.
- Graphic violence, credible threats, encouragement of self-harm, cruelty, or dangerous acts likely to cause serious injury.
- Hate speech or content that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes discrimination or violence against protected groups.
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, doxxing, or coordinated abuse.
- Illegal activity, illegal or regulated goods, terrorism or violent extremism, or dangerous challenges and instructions.
- Spam, scams, fraud, impersonation, manipulated engagement, or materially false or deceptive content.
- Malware, malicious code, phishing, attempts to compromise accounts or devices, or interference with the Application.
- Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property violations.
- Personal or confidential information shared without authorization, privacy violations, or identity theft.
Every submission is reviewed by automated systems and/or trained reviewers before it can be published. Server listings may be checked for public Bedrock reachability and reviewed through OpenAI safety and relevance systems before their approved images are published through Backblaze B2 and Cloudflare. The Service Provider may reject, remove, block an address, or restrict the visibility of content that violates this policy, presents a safety or legal risk, or is otherwise inappropriate. Pre-publication review does not guarantee that all violations will be detected and does not transfer responsibility away from the user.
The Application provides separate in-app tools to report content, server listings, comments, or users and to block or unblock a user. We target review within 24 hours for urgent child-safety reports and within 48 hours for general reports. Blocking a user hides that user's identifiable content in content lists, recommendations where creator data is available, and content details; you may unblock the user from the blocked content detail page. Technical or legal requirements may limit some effects of blocking.
You may appeal a content removal by emailing mcpecraftia20260715@gmail.com; we target a response within 7 days. Files for rejected, unpublished submissions are deleted within 30 days unless longer retention is necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or a dispute. A user may delete their own server listing, but an address removed by an administrator may remain blocked against re-upload. If an account is deleted, already published content and server listings remain available with creator attribution anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy and Account Deletion notice.
Enforcement may include a warning, upload rejection, content removal, reduced visibility, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or account termination. Repeat or severe offenders may be permanently removed. The Service Provider may preserve relevant information and cooperate with law enforcement or competent authorities when required by law or reasonably necessary to address an immediate safety risk.
Craftia does not offer monetization, rewards, promotion, or other incentives for objectionable content or behavior. Attempts to profit from, encourage, or amplify violations may lead to enforcement.
By uploading content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this section.
Changes to Terms of Use
The Service Provider may periodically update the Terms of Use. We therefore recommend that you review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.
Terms of Use are effective from 2026-08-26.
