Data Deletion Right
Delete your Craftia account online
Sign in with the same Google account used in Craftia. The request is sent directly to Craftia’s authenticated Firebase deletion service.
Uploaded content remains available with anonymized attribution. All balances, including unused paid diamonds, and account-linked rights expire. Deleting your Craftia account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Until you cancel it separately, it may renew automatically and Google Play may continue to charge you. Your account and VIP benefits become unavailable immediately upon deletion, even if time remains in the paid period. Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund. Deletion is permanent.

Delete Your Account in the App
Signed-in users can delete their account immediately from Settings > Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes the Firebase Authentication account and the primary personal account data handled by the server deletion process, including the profile, balances and entitlements, purchase and reward records, saved items, libraries, likes, reports, notifications, and other private account records, subject to the uploaded-content and local-data exceptions below.
Content already uploaded, including its files and images, is not deleted. The deletion process removes account attribution from the primary public and submission database records and shows the public creator as a deleted user. Retained private or legacy records, storage paths, or object metadata may still contain the former UID, original filename, submission identifier, or other upload metadata for content integrity, moderation, and abuse investigation. The deleted account can no longer manage that content. Contact us before deleting your account if you also want us to review deletion of uploaded content and retained storage metadata. Account deletion cannot be undone.
A published Minecraft server listing is also preserved after account deletion with anonymized uploader attribution, including its approved public images and periodically refreshed public status. Private server drafts, ownership challenges, upload-limit records, and private Firebase review images linked to the account are removed. The deleted account can no longer manage the preserved listing. To remove the listing and its public images through the normal server-deletion flow, delete it from My Server before deleting your account. In server reports, the deleted reporter's or target uploader's UID is removed, but the non-public server snapshot and reason code may remain as moderation and safety evidence.
Account deletion does not automatically erase downloaded files or every local cache on the device. Remove downloads in the app where available and clear the app’s storage or uninstall it to remove remaining local data.
Deleting a Craftia account permanently extinguishes every remaining balance, including unused paid diamonds, and account-linked entitlements. The deletion flow displays this consequence and requires your express confirmation. Use paid diamonds first. Deleting your Craftia account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Google Play may continue charging you until you cancel it separately. Immediately after account deletion, you will lose access to the account and all VIP benefits, including during any remaining paid period. Account deletion does not automatically process a refund. We therefore strongly recommend canceling before deletion through Manage or cancel your Google Play subscription.
You have the right to access, rectify, object to the processing of, or erase the personal data maintained by us. You may request a change to or deletion of your personal data by describing the issue and contacting us at mcpecraftia20260715@gmail.com.
If you believe that our processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection laws, you have the legal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you experience any issues.

Use Data Deletion request page as the subject line and include all details necessary to identify your account or data and process your request.
